Large scale events

As the Entertainment Manager for the 2010 Winter Olympics and Paralympics Games, David created and recruited musical, comedic, dance and interactive acts for the nine competitive sports venues in Vancouver and Whistler that dazzled and entertained visitors from around the world.

In just four months and under budget David developed 108 acts – more than at any other Winter Olympic & Paralympic Games in modern history, prompting the Vancouver Sun to exclaim, “entertainment was everywhere”.

He is a sought-after Talent Producer for large special events because of his reputation finding quality acts and his ability to adapt and innovate to any situation.  Plus he does all this while staying on time and well within budget!

He works on a wide range of festivals, developing stage and floor acts as well as roving characters, including The Sea Vancouver Festival, The City of Vancouver’s “Rediscover Granville 2010”, The City of Richmond’s Oval Opening, and large parts of  The Vancouver Pride Festival and Vancouver Comedy Festival.
